Does anyone use caffeine or coffee to suppress appetite?
I cant stop myself from overeating. I crave junk food like chips, fries, popcorn, etc constantly. Once Im done with one, I want to move onto another, i can basically eat all day if I wanted to.
Ive started drinking 185-225 mg of caffeine a day, and now I don't have the appetite for more than 2 meals a day.
My only problem is that it makes me dehydrated. I've started to get a metallic taste in my mouth frequently, especially at night. So Ill try to drink more water.
How effective is this, really? Combined with intermittent fasting and an hour of exercise daily? My long term goal is to lose 20
