I'm 5'2 189 lbs and I eat typically 600-800 cals a day, with some brief walking exercise. Besides around 9 a night, I do not feel hungry. I also take many supplements too. I am unemployed at the moment so I dont do much during the day that isn't on the computer, and take the bus places when I need to go somewhere.
I feel like eating to get to my TDEE 1 lb loss a week of 1300 is too much, and excessive to just eat for the sake of meeting a calorie quota. I'm losing weight as I always hoped to and this feels sustainable even for a while, and has prevented me from snacking for the hell of it. I do allow one day a week to eat around 1300-1500 so I don't binge. I genuinely feel like I am satisfied for most of the day. I shouldnt be eating at 9pm at night anyways when I get hungry then, so I ignore it for a few hrs then go to bed.
Do I actually need to eat more cals for the sake of it everyday, or can i stick to the 1000 deficit a day?
