Need some motivation…like the title says, my (32F) body just doesn’t lose the weight! I started my journey about 2 years ago and really started working out hardcore Sept 2020, with 5-6 bootcamp/strength/Orangetheory classes per week. I originally was 172lbs Dec 2019, now am sitting right around 165lbs. My body has definitely changed from the lifting/workouts, but the weight just doesn’t budge! I am still working out 5-6 days/week, sometimes twice a day, and I cannot get below 163lbs. I cleaned up my diet dramatically and it’s so frustrating. I do have Hashimoto’s disease (hypothyroid) but I don’t think that’s the main factor here. I’m getting married next year and am dying to get back below 160, maybe even hit 150lbs. Any motivation or tips are appreciated!!
