New fitness schedule

So I'm F19 I've been battling chronic illnesses for almost a year but now I'm going to try to try to help myself and start working out. Here is my plan, I'm open to comments, constructive criticism and feedback.

Schedule:

Day 1: Strength Day 2: Cardio Day 3: Rest Day 4: Strength Day 5: Cardio Day 6: Strength Day 7: Rest

Strength:

9 Bodyweight Squats 9 Chair-assisted Pull Ups 15 Push Ups 24 Arnold Presses 24 One Arm Dumbbell Rows 15, 10 second Planks 24 Dumbbell Wrist Curls 24 Dumbbell Wrist Extensions

Cardio:

30 Jumping Jacks 6 Burpees (with Jump and Push Up) 15 Speed Skaters (each side) 10 bridges 10 high knees

Walk 15 - 20 minutes each day (even on rest days)
