hello fellow redditors! currently I am sick and have to rest meaning no running for a few days. I’ve been seeing progress on my body because of it but I’m just wondering will it go away because of me resting? This is obviously going to sound like a stupid question to those who have been in fitness for years but I just started!! I actually went from 150 to 120 pounds and I feel amazing!! Also, anything I CAN do while I am resting such as a low impact workout that can burn ?
