I’ve worked so hard the last year and lost 50lbs…for now.
I’ve been working constant overtime so 7am to 8pm sitting. My diet has gone to trash and I’m drinking again.
I can feel the 10lbs I’ve gained and I’m feeling tired and weak.
I’m so scared I’ll gain it all back, but that’s on me to work against.
I’ve planned my meals for tomorrow. I realized my breakfast was over 700calories! So I’m correcting my breakfast and balancing my meals.
I did lunges today during my break.
I’m so scared of backsliding. I’ve been ignoring and indulging my bad habits.
Wish me luck! 50lbs to go!
