Calorie and diet question

So I’m 17, and last year my doctor told me I was overweight. I weighed 145 and I’m just about 5 feet tall. It really made me sad so I decided to try a low carb diet. I ended up getting my weight down to 120(which I’m personally really happy about) and still wanna lose a little more, which I’m doing pretty successfully, losing about 1-2 pounds every week and sometimes just staying a consistent weight. So getting to my question in a sec, after going on my diet I noticed I got considerably less hungry. And I’m sorta off my diet now, but I just started to track my calories to see how much I was really eating because I felt like I was eating a lot, but apparently not?? So yesterday I ate 890 ish calories, and today I ate around 870 calories(more if I end up eating my chick fil a sandwich tonight) so I was wondering if that’s an ok calorie amount for a teen girl. I’m not noticing anything bad that really hints to me not eating enough, but I don’t wanna go down an unhealthy path that will lead to any harm to my health. I hope it’s ok to put what I eat, so tw if anyone is sensitive about that stuff, but today I had a chick fil a sandwich, Greek yogurt and fruit, a slice of ice cream cake, a few chicken nuggets and about 5 fl oz of iced tea if I did the math correctly. I feel completely fine and full, but is this an unhealthy way to keep eating? Again I apologize if this stuff isn’t supposed to be posted here and I hope I don’t offend anyone.
