So here I am 10 months later using calorie counting as my main tool. SW: 247.2lb (112.1kg) CW: 154.8LB (70.2kg) TOTAL LOST: 92.4LB (41.9kg) I've set my interim goal as 150lb (68kg) but I think my ultimate goal is 140lb (63.5kg). I don't comment much and I've not posted in months, but looking at everyone's progress has truly inspired me. I'm hoping to join the 100lb club!
Its been a strange journey with lots of ups and downs. Not sure how to post my progress pics as I'm still a relative newb. Just looking for guidance now to shift the last few pounds as its getting harder to shift! Any help/advice welcome.
