Best advice I gave myself

“Everything is temporary, even the calories.”

I binged pretty heavily which led me to weighing over 300 pounds. When losing weight I satisfied my urges, I wanted a soda I got a soda. I wanted chips, I got chips. But I never finished the whole thing even if it was only 1 bite, because in my head I didn’t fully binge/cheat I just satisfied the craving. I kept reminding myself I will burn it off, I always was dealing with depression when fatter so I made myself leave the house everyday, and everyday that leaving meant the gym. Now 90 lighter, happier, all around improvements. Because those brief moments of junk food, were temporary!
