I was obese for 6 years and don't really remember how it was to be a healthy weight. Now I'm overweight, closer to a healthy BMI than an obese one. And my butt hurts all the time!
I went to watch the new marvel movie the other day, and after a while it was so comfortable to sit. I kept scooting around, it only got better once I stood up. I've had the same chair for 3 years, it's always been comfy to me. Now my butt starts aching after 45 mins. I'm honestly thinking of buying a chair with more padding because I can't concentrate with the pain. Sitting on the bus hurts, sitting in lecture theatres. Only sitting on the bed doesn't hurt. I'm not even bony, I've always had a big butt even when I was slim.
Is that normal? Is that something slim people deal with everyday? I never hear them complain about it and it's so painful I've been complaining a lot!
