Anyone with MDD here can give me tips? The past week ish, my “motivation” to do anything has began to decline and yesterday officially hit the “no motivation left” level. I tried pushing through to exercise but I just ended up in tears out of nowhere. Thing is, I either binge or fast during my depression episodes and it seems that this one will be a fasting one, which won’t impact my diet plans negatively but i never know when I will start eating nonstop
Has anyone managed to continue on with their diet during an MDD episode? How did you do it?
I don’t have access to my therapist right now and I really don’t want to regain the weight I lost
