A few things I experience when losing weight, or getting into a healthy lifestyle that annoy me.

1 That one person that hardly spoke or looked at you, but you so much as lose 2 lbs and they're suddenly nice and chatty with you.

2 People making comments about your eating, regardless if its positive or negative.

3 When people see your progress and want to know what you're doing, but are disappointed to hear that you actually work for it. They expected to hear about a magic pill or some weird diet that has you eliminate purple colored foods.

4 Protein farts

5 When you're in the mood for a shake or salad as a meal and if someone sees you they're like "are you on a diet?"

6 When friends or family assume that you no longer eat junk or fast food, and lose their shit when they see you eating chocolate.

7 Asked if I'm on or tried keto. No, I haven't. Ketosis means you're starving, it's not a lifestyle.

8 You realize how expensive healthy food is and it provides an answer to why America has an obesity problem.
