Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for a really lovely local butcher shop & hearing some banging tunes on my commute today.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & go to the gym even though I wasn't feeling it.
