I am terrible at getting in my vegetables, it’s always been a struggle for me. Lately I’ve been doing smoothies but worry about adding too much fruit so they’ve basically just been green juices and aren’t good at all. Has anyone lost weight with some good smoothie recipes? I worry that I’m doing it wrong and wasting my time, and everything I google is contradictory.
