Hello everyone! I’ve been having a problem with over eating and eating my feelings. by eating my feelings i mean.. i eat when i’m bored, sad, mad or stressed out and also for no reason or just to keep myself busy. Most of the time i catch myself eating unhealthy or way too much i feel guilty about it. I would really appreciate some help! I recently got on a new birth control (nexplanon) and i know the side effects could be weight gain but I really want to fight it! I’m 20 Female and weigh 205lbs. Any tips are appreciated! Thank you!
