Sometimes I find myself not having motivation to continue, and slowly start again with bad habits, in a "why even lose weight" sense, which sucks. but then I regain motivation when I look at pics of me or other people (this not so much)
Any tips on how to stay motivated? I would appreciate it a lot! Feel free to share what you do, what helped you in your journey, or anything in between :)
Today i overate and feel bad about it, because I just didn't have the motivation. I don't know anymore, any tips?
