It wasn’t my intention to start today since it’s the middle of the afternoon and I’m about to have dinner in about 30 minutes. I was going to start on either Monday or New Year’s. I was still making the decision. I hadn’t decided until just now that I really need to stop pushing it off. Having a six week head start would help me a lot. I honestly won’t be counting calories because of history with eating disorders. However, I will workout and mind my portions. I’m going to exercise before dinner today and try not to overdo my snacking tomorrow. I have an appointment with my dietitian Tuesday, so I’ll ask her for some advice for what I can do if I’m not counting calories.
