Alright this is probably a pretty dumb question, but I admit that I’m denser than a blackhole at times.
Do you guys have any advice or tips on sticking to a certain diet or exercise routine? And remembering to stick to it? I started college and dorm life pretty recently, and that has meant doing a lot of my own shopping, and it’s just very easy to grab some junk food to eat instead of…not doing that! Really the options for food aren’t the best around here. And it also doesn’t help that I have the palate of a toddler.
I feel like this is a lot to ask for, but any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!
