Calorie counting help

so, i’m currently 308ibs. i started my journey at 398ibs and have been teatering with my calories to lose weight ever since. i started with 1200cal but i was starving and feeling horrible. i did manage to lose but it was not sustainable. i upped my intake to 1500cal and i’m not hungry anymore it’s actually nice, and i’m still dropping weight every few days. my challenge now is i’m starting to go to the gym, and the past 2 weeks eating 1500 and at the gym (30min on treadmill and then weightlifting, i’m doing the push pull method i found online for muscle groups) i see that i’m stalled out at 308 on the scale. i feel better, i’m loving the gym but i’m worried i’m eating to little to sustain the gym and my body is holding onto weight? i’m really new at this so i’m confused and i would up my calories to offset the gym, maybe 1800-1900? but i’m scared to gain weight. if anyone has any advice i’d really appreciate it. thank you.
