Tuesday, day 15, half way through this month! Off we go!
Goals!
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): Yep, not sure what’s up for dinner yet.
Weigh in & log weight once a week, Thursday mornings: Weigh in logged this week. NSV - I'm going to pass this one today, can’t think of one.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Rest day, busy evening ahead, won’t have time to work out. 11/15 days.
Sober November: Yup. 14/14 day(s).
Nanowrimo: I’m going to hit this again this evening. Still playing catch up. Feeling good though. 14,103/25,005 words & 2/4 write ins.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for staying safe on my commute in. First real snow of the season is always a scary commute day.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Tuck myself in bed early sans a screen to get good sleep. Yes, again. I like a good night’s sleep, what can I say?
