Keeping after it for about a month now. However, not much support/inspiration in my personal life so posting to a bunch of strangers for external validation and encouragement.
Got a great career and have put on a ton of weight since having a couple kids and starting full time remote work - doing my best to ensure I put 30-90 minutes in every night (some easier than others).
Finding time after the kids are asleep to spend some time on me and my health. Trying to get back to 220, or 200. First trying to make it back under 250.
Baby steps. 20 down, working on my next 20 now.
Wherever you’re at on your journey, I got you. Keep grinding.
