Hi everyone , it’s my first time here

So like the title says , it’s my first time here , and let me say it’s very overwhelming. At first I didn’t want to post anything as I am not comfortable with my weight but I really want to make a change in my lifestyle

So I don’t know where to start , I’ve read the pinned post and skimmed through a few posts but I don’t seem to have my questions answered , and I’m sorry if these questions have been asked and answered before

So I’m 26M about 193kg ( I think that’s about 420lbs ) and I’m looking to lose 93kgs(200lbs ) or more , I’ve joined the gym last week and let me tell you it’s been hard , I’m not sure what exercises I should be doing , but what I am doing right now since I joined is : 20-25 min on treadmill ( not sure how it is on other machines but I fast walk between 4.0 - 5.0 ) and I ride in the gym bicycle for 15 min I don’t really have more cash to spend on a trainer right now

When it comes to food I have cut down on bad foods like soda , sugars , fast foods , and I found a app to count calories , so I will be starting that also

Is there anything else I should do ? Or anything anyone wants to add to the things I should do or read up on
