I lift weights 3 times a week and aside from that am working at a desk job all day . I use a sedentary activity level for calorie calculators.
My TDEE is around 2100, which makes losing 1lbs a week ~ 1600 cals and 2lbs a week ~1100 cals.
Is it safe to lose 2lbs per week? If so, will I still put on muscle while on such a deficit assuming protien is high?
