I’m 18F my starting weight is 209lbs and my goal right now is 200lbs. I’m not super active i usually walk 6,000+ steps a day, and more on the weekends cause my job requires walking a lot lol, but I want to start being more healthier but it’s kind of difficult to track my calories because I eat at a dining hall most of the time. Is there a way to make sure I get the right amount of calories? Or any more advice on losing weight/fat
