Long story short I have some chronic health issues that caused me to go from 200lbs down to 105lbs in 6-8 months time. I’m a size 2 and 5’6” tall and even though I’m small, it seems like all my fat is in my belly area, the “lower pouch” I think it’s called, which makes me very self conscious
I just hate being this size but still not comfortable enough wearing bathing suits due to my stomach area. I hate how I had way more self confidence before and now I’m unable to gain weight.
Why am I toned in every area but my lower belly?? How can I get rid of it?
