Having trouble again, why?

So about 13 or so years ago, I went from 300 to 180, and since then generally hover around 190-193. There was one time 6 years ago when i got together with my now wife where i got back to 220, started counting calories again and went back to 190. I am currently 198, and i am having so much trouble being motivated to maintain. Like I have a very bad sweet tooth and that seems to be winning the fight, and i just eat too much. Some of the changes that have happened in the last 2 years that may potentially explain it? I had a child (he is the best thing ever), but up until about 2 weeks ago, i worked full time and watched him full time. That lasted about 2 years. I also have not had a vacation in 3 years. On my last vacation (a year ago, literally last christmas) my wife broke her wrist on day one, so i had to take care of both her and my son. I look pretty much the same, wife tells me i'm being crazy being so worried about it, but the scale said i have gained. Maybe I'm having trouble being motivated cause i look the same and my clothes still fit? I have a one week vacation coming up which i can't wait for. Maybe it will be easier to get back on track after that? Ugh, i'm just so discouraged. Any advice?
