Okay this is probably a stupid question and I’m using an anon account for this but.. originally starting weight at 230, 5’4 and I’m 21. I’m now 156 and rlly trying to cut those last six pounds while having ibs and other issues! But I’m feeling great until I started measuring myself and seeing that my thighs and butt we’re losing inches while my waist stayed the same??
I’m kind of freaking out because I love my thighs and butt and don’t understand, with how I’m eating and my workout plan I should be gaining some actually:(
I don’t know what I’m doing wrong? I DONT calorie count for a million reason but biggest one bring in recovering from binge eating and because I have ibs and new allergies like gluten everything is already restricted. I also fast about 18 hours five days a week! I eat about two meals, I’ve been recently snacking a lot and I’m really trying to cut it.
I wonder if I’m just not getting enough protein? I can’t have protein shakes because of my ibs, it goes right through me. I’m the only means I eat are fish and eggs! I’ve been pescatarian for years. Sorry if this is all over the place/:
