It’s harder in Winter

Starting last May I (f/5’3”/35yrs) was 172lbs and by Labor Day weekend I was 147lbs. First time I ever really took off a substantial amount of weight. I was really nervous about it getting colder and darker because then I’d be in the house more around food. I got sick this fall. I haven’t been able to walk as much and work has become more stressful now that summer is over. I was on antibiotics for two weeks. Last week I was 153. This morning I was 157. I’m absolutely devastated. I’m so stressed out. My fears are coming true.

Looking for some words of encouragement and advice from this wonderful community.
