Hello guys, there is a problem. Usually I take my last meal for 4-5 hours before bedtime. However, I really want to eat something for an hour before sleep(not talking about snacks, but about full meal like during morning or dinner). So, should I do it? On one side, it will not allow me to lose weight. But on the another, it may negalively affect my metabolism(not sure about that). Also, I started my jounrey approximately 5 month ago and lost +-20lbs, but my process has fluctuations and this issue appeared recently.
