Hi, i'm 23M, i have a scale that measures BF and Muscle and last week i was at 89,15kg(196lb) at 27,9%BF and 60,92kg of muscle. Today i am at 88,5kg(195lb) at 28,5%BF and 60,00kg of muscle. I'm thinking this is some kind of error from the scale because i've never heard that this can happen.
My daily calories are at 1800 but the last couple of day i only ate 1600, don't know if that changes anything.
I do bodywheight training at home 3 times a week, 1 hour each session.
