I want to start by saying, yes, I understand that fat loss cannot be targeted, BUUUUT, what’s your favorite exercise for stubborn body fat? I am in need of ideas. I did some research and found out about HIIT so I did that for about 5 months and ate a clean diet and oddly enough my legs go SUPER skinny and my stomach barely budged. It got so bad people were telling me my legs looked like sticks. So, I quit that, and got into the gym. My legs and knees got stronger and my stamina significantly improved, but my stomach didn’t slim down the way I thought it would. Am I doing something wrong? Please help! 🧡
