I’ve been doing pretty well at exercising every day, eating more real foods, and fasting regularly.
Something I’ve added to my routine is being nice to myself. Checking myself out, flexing, I bought new underwear (in my current size!) that looks and feels great, and I find myself walking out and posing in it for my husband. Walgreens had the lotion I like on clearance after Halloween, and I’m a basic white girl who can enjoy pumpkin spice year round, so I got that, and I’ve been using lotion after I shower.
I think treating my body like I like it before I’m at my goal weight helps a lot. I feel more motivated, I feel like I am able to be a fit person again.
Just wanted to share for those who are feeling down. Love your bodies! It’ll be easier to take care of them.
