Day 11. Friday! Huzzah for the weekend ahead.
Onto goals!
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): On it today. Going to be some estimating for dinner but I'm feeling good.
Weigh in & log weight once a week, Thursday mornings: Weigh in logged. NSV – not feeling this today, I'll try again tomorrow.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Rest day. 8/11 days.
Sober November: Yup. 11/11 day(s).
Nanowrimo: I feel like I'm the tortoise in this race but I'm still in it to win it. I think my write in needs to be tomorrow for this weekend. 7714/18,333 words & 1/4 write ins.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for getting to spend some time with one of my long term friendos.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: I was going to say I already done did it today but I have some gifts to wrap. Damn it.
