F28. I started to reduce my calorie intake drastically -going from over overeating & binging to some 1,500 cal per day (my BMR)- 3 weeks ago and I've had my period twice this month. The second one is very heavy and the first one felt like it was cut short. It could be just a coincidence or causd by something else, but the way it happened at the same time I got serious with my diet made me wonder if it may be because of that. Did this happen to anyone else here?
Btw I don't usually have issues with my period and I don't think I have EVER had it once in a month so this is quite strange. And yes it's been a drastic change in diet but I am seeing that I eat enough and also varied in terms of achieving healthy macros (but the type of food I eat has not even changed that much, I just reduced portions and eliminated snacking & most sugars).
