help or advice wanted!

when covid hit i was 120lbs. just graduating high school, didn’t work out but stayed pretty active with walking and hiked and swimming, i was also involved in marching band which helped keep my shape. just months prior to covid i suffered from bulimia, but when covid hit i developed a healthy relationship with food and my body. when school was canceled i stopped being as active and did a lot of time lounging and playing video games. skip ahead 2 and a half years later… i am 115 lbs heavier now and suffering from binge eating disorder. i am covered head to toe in stretch marks and am very insecure about my body and my weight. i have talked to a therapist and started eating more vegetables with every meal. my issue is not having the motivation to work out to fix myself. i am certain i don’t have binge eating anymore based off having a better relationship with food (again).

i need advice on how to start getting the motivation and what are good ways to make working out more fun. i have a gym membership with a pool and i really do not enjoy weight lifting. i also have hip issues which i feel lessens what i am capable of doing. i don’t have a set time frame on when i need to look better, i just want results as soon as possible. any advice is welcome. thank you!
