And I don't know how to stop. I've started tracking calories 6 weeks ago and everything goes well until I start to feel tired and snack on something (literally anything, from fruit to chocolate or some leftover salad) so I don't fall asleep. I always go good beyond my calorie target for the day due to those events. This usually happens in the afternoon/evenings and even if I try to plan for my need to snack, I eat additional snacks to be able to stay awake and do my work for college. Note: I do sleep 7 to 8 hours a night. Do you have some tips?
