I'm yet to have an impressive before + after comparison photos, but I've been taking weekly body photos in secret. 3 full body pics of front, side and back. Also measurements of waist + hips and it's really motivating!! Tiny changes are making me proud. And not wanting to let myself down.
Yes I feel gross and not wanting to face my own body... but it's working.
Wonder if anyone else is doing it? Or even daily?
Any women want to join and do it together? Can crop heads / blur faces to stay anonymous
