I’m currently working as a bartender and in a bakery.
Both places are always super busy so I’m always doing something. Carrying heavy things (boxes of drinks, kegs, frozen dough) and always on my feet.
I’m working at a bakery where we actually manufacture the goods and also sell, so it’s not standing in front of cashier kind of thing. I’m taking orders and running to make them. In the bar I also carry things multiple times towards my shift, go up and down the stairs (with boxes) and squat a lot (to get drink from the fridge below me). I’m constantly on my feet and I feel my hamstrings sore sometimes. And def feel it in my feet. While I’m not walking around a lot there I’m still being physically active but wondering how to calculate this?
I’m a 5’2 petite 130 lbs female for reference.
How would you calculate these kind of activities in a tdee calculator?
