hello. im 15, 125lbs, and 5'4; ive lost 60~ pounds since last year. i wanna lose 10 pounds of fat to get more lean, and for my exercise i jog 3 miles a day and hiit 20 mins a day or arm weight training/leg weight training (2 times a week for arms 2 times for legs). for eating, im not really sure where i should be to lose weight... according to bmr it should be 1500, and ofc minus 500 for a cut but im not really sure because 1000 is basically impossible for me. any advice/tips?
