Question about measuring raw vs cooked

I discovered I have been measuring wrong 🤦🏻‍♀️ I have been weighing my food cooked instead of raw. But I’m confused on how to measure raw when you are cooking for a family?

For example last night I made taco salad. I usually cook everything, meat, beans rice etc, put my empty plate on the scale and track the grams as I am adding food to my plate. How would I go about weighing out my meat and beans when I cook everything in large batches for my family of 5? I can’t cook my food separately. I draw the line at dirtying even more dishes 😅

Is there a trick?
