Day 9 of this lovely month. I hope you’re having a nice Wednesday.
Onward, to goals.
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): On it today. Roasting some broccoli this fine evening. Woke up hungry & worked some yogurt into my day to keep the hangries away.
Weigh in & log weight once a week, Thursday mornings: Scale set out for tomorrow. NSV felt like my face looked slim today.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Rest day. 6/9 days.
Sober November: Yup. 9/9 day(s).
Nanowrimo: Did some today & will sit with this after dinner, did some of the research bit so I can say I'm not avoiding it now. 5942/13,336 words & 1/4 write ins.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for some of the local elections going in ways that aren’t frightening & for a quiet evening in.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: I'd like to spend a little more time writing this evening. And a long bath.
