I am currently eating in a caloric deficit and have been doing this for the past 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks I didnt have a problem with binge eating, but tonight I am staying up late studying and I can't stop thinking about eating the whole fridge lol. Binge eating episodes can be so personal to share but I am trying to practice self control and avoid it. as much as I can.
Anyone can help with this? I can use an advice, trick or any food suggestions to help me with thinking about binging.
