Hello folks!
Sunday Sunday Sunday. Almost a full week in this month. I hope your day was lovely & restful.
Goals!
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): A little over today but it was a very active day so I'm not too mad about it.
Weigh in & log weight once a week, Thursday mornings: Weigh in logged. NSV loved how I looked in the mirror today.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): A long gentle walk today & lots of cooking & chores. I want to be more intentional with this. More strength! 4/6 days.
Sober November: Yup. 6/6 day(s).
Nanowrimo: Definitely finding my groove. 4295/10,000 words & 1/4 write ins. Spent some time outside of the house writing today. I’m playing catch up but that’s okay, I'm still digging it.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for family of choice & finding some lovely candles.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Change out the cat fountain water.
