But I'm confused. I've only lost 13 pounds. I bought two pairs of shorts in the summer that wouldn't fit.
The first wouldn't go past my thighs, but now almost zips.
The second couldn't button, but now buttons and zips!
I am eating less, but I'm also trying to move more. I'm incredibly sedentary due to my disability and medicines making me sleepy. Could it be that moving more has given me muscle and that's why I fit the shorts before I lost more weight?
