Hi everyone! I calculated my TDEE online and it said that my TDEE is 1,900.
Does that mean that for me to lose 1 pound a week, I'd need to eat 1,400 calories each day. For 2 pounds a week, I'd need to eat 900 calories a day?
I'm a 29M at 195 (with a very low muscle mass) and know that I shouldn't go below 1,500 each day. However, that puts me at a daily deficit of 400 which is roughly 0.8 pounds a week. This is a little disappointing that the progress would be that slow, so just curious on others thoughts.
It's also a little tough because if I eat around 1,600-1,700 calories a day, I'm usually really tired most of the day and especially in the mornings.
Thanks all.
