there have been several times recently where i’ve lost weight after binging the night before. it’s only been a pound or two but it’s still confusing. i know for certain that i’ve gone way over my calorie budget, but i still wake up lighter than i did the day before. i’m not doing anything differently other than just overeating a lot. how does this happen? i didn’t weigh myself for a few days bc i was overeating those few days. i finally decided to and was 3lbs lighter than the last time i had checked. it makes no sense to me bc sometimes i’ll overeat and wake up a few pounds heavier, but sometimes i wake up lighter??
