I'm obese again

SW: 204, CW: 200.8, GW: 140, Highest weight: 222.6

I lost a crap ton of weight when I was 17 (222 to 165) through dieting and light exercise. Then I went to college, gained 20 lbs, then graduated in December, resulting in ending back in the 200s because I wasn't walking anymore. I'm disappointed with myself, but I'm happy with myself because I stopped before I earned it all back, and I know what I'm fully capable of. As you can guess, I am just getting started again and watching that water weight say bye before the tough gets going. I know what I have to do, and most of the knowledge I need, I all ready have. The food I eat is healthy enough (no soft/sugary drinks, lots of fruits and veggies, lean proteins, no red meat), I just eat way too much with barely any exercise.

I don't know why I'm posting, really. Probably just an accountability reminder and so anyone who might see this who's in the same boat knows it's not the end of the world. Cheers.
