Hi everyone! I am on my journey to lose weight. I have been consistently going to the gym but chocolate has been destroying all my gains. My diet in terms of food is great, I eat healthy meals and avoid chips, candy and other processed foods. The only exception to this is chocolate.
I was wondering what the best way to fight this addiction is, as I eat anywhere between 200-500 grams of processed milk chocolate every 2-3 days on average.
Would appreciate any advice! Thanks
