Very curious about how your relationship to food has changed when losing weight. I feel like it’s made me more aware of what I put in my body which is a good thing, and then also sometimes I’m scared to eat a lot. I’ve started cycling which works really great for me and because I burn a lot of calories during the working I have to eat enough carbs before and during the ride. It really scared me at first because I want to lose weigh, but I’ve realized that food = energy, and that I need to fuel my body. Anyway, curious to see how you experience that :)
