Day 16! I hope your Tuesday was fanastic friends.
Weigh in & log weight once a week, Thursday mornings: Got it so far, no weigh in this morning.
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): On it today, going to get that stir fry I wanted yesterday.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 35 minute lunch walk maybe all she wrote today. 11/16 days.
Finish one section (year) per week: Tapped away at this today! Made good progress on my second section, finished the part I consider the more structured piece. 1.5/4 years.
Today's gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for the rainstorm yesterday that so kindly cooled off the weather a bit. I can almost pretend it’s fall today. I'm also grateful for access to mental healthcare services & what a wonderful therapist I have.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Therapy appointment this evening. White strips, face & foot mask. And a nice bath. More self-care ahoy!
